I’ve always been amazed by the workings of the human body. When I first encountered yoga at 18 years old, I started a journey of self-discovery that transformed my health and wellbeing.
My approach is holistic, combining eastern and western perspectives: I’m a Physiotherapist, Iyengar Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselor.
I believe in the power of small habits. When I work with patients, I try to share everyday, simple yet powerful tools to live with less stress, less anxiety and more awareness.
As we start adopting healthy routines, we heal our bodies and ease our minds. We become empowered because we are our medicine.
